Care Point makes no warranty as to the content of any treatment-related answer provided by you or any participating physician. Participating physicians are independent contractors and are not employees of Care Point. You are solely responsible for the quality and appropriateness of the medical care provided to users. Care Point assumes no responsibility for any health problem that occurs to users or any legal action taken regarding any medical consultation.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Care Point and its partners from any losses, claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your subscription or use of the services, your breach of the terms, your relationship with any other user, content you provide, or any error or negligence resulting from your use of the website or services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the South Cairo Court shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from it.
By accepting the terms of use of Care Point services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and instructions.
